LOS ANGELES, Oct. 5, 2026 — Xavier Ngwala and Xander Ngwala, who brand themselves as the “Silicon Beach Brothers,” are the co-founders of Noteese (pronounced “Notice”), a Silicon Beach-inspired, AI-powered platform designed to help people capture, preserve, and communicate their achievements.
Based in Los Angeles, the brothers are developing Noteese while building a presence within the Silicon Beach entrepreneurial and technology ecosystem. Their work recently reached an important milestone with their acceptance into Harvard Business School Foundry for Noteese. Noteese was created around a simple idea: achievements should not disappear. The platform is designed to help users document accomplishments, connect supporting evidence to those achievements, and build a lasting Achievement Record that can be used when future opportunities arise.
For students and young professionals, those accomplishments may include academics, leadership, athletics, certifications, internships, volunteer service, entrepreneurship, creative work, and other milestones that are often scattered across documents, photographs, emails, and different platforms.

Acceptance into Harvard Business School Foundry gives Xavier and Xander an opportunity to continue refining the platform, testing ideas, learning from other founders, and strengthening their experience in technology, product development, and entrepreneurship.
For the brothers, the milestone is also part of a broader effort to establish Noteese within the Los Angeles startup community and continue building a platform intended to help users turn accomplishments into future opportunities.
