Hello Haven Launches With a Personal AI Digital Twin and $15 Million Funding

Six-time entrepreneur Frank Addante’s new company gives each user their own digital twin, not just an assistant, and private memory graph across phone, text, email, voice, web, and app.

PARK CITY, Utah, Sept. 17, 2026Hello Haven, a personal AI company founded by serial entrepreneur Frank Addante and Duc Chau, emerged from stealth today with Haven, your digital twin, powered by its personal AI operating system, designed as your own private, persistent AI. A user’s Haven builds a memory graph of that individual user, learns how they make decisions, remembers everything and completes tasks on the user’s behalf across phone, text, email, voice, web, and the app. Haven also announced a $15 million pre-seed funding round led by Mayfield.

Large language models are trained on data drawn from many sources and many people. Users often have to repeat their history, preferences, and constraints before the model can provide a useful response. Haven gives each user a private memory graph that grows with every interaction, learning that person’s preferences, relationships, history, and decisions, then drawing on it to interpret a request, make a choice, select the right model(s) or tool(s), and act the way that individual would. Two Havens can respond differently to the same request because each reflects its individual user.

There are no two Havens alike.

“Haven is your true digital twin. While a personal assistant knows what you asked it to do, Haven knows what you would do and proactively does it for you,” said Frank Addante, founder and CEO at Haven. “Your Haven remembers the choices you have made and the boundaries you have set, so it can act without asking you to start over each time.”

Haven can prepare a daily briefing, triage your inbox, send follow-ups, process returns, place orders, and make calls. Users can also create recurring autonomous tasks in plain language, such as asking Haven to send a reminder text or call before appointments and meetings.

Since opening its private beta last month, people have interacted with their Havens more than 2 million times.

An Operating System for Your Life

Haven is designed as an operating system for a person’s life. Each user’s private memory graph feeds into a hyper-personalized orchestration layer that holds their identity, memory, judgment, permissions, and intent. As an operating system, Haven chooses the model or combination of models best suited to the task and connects it to the necessary tools and applications. Because a person’s context lives in that layer rather than inside any one model, Haven becomes the layer everything else connects into.

Users can reach Haven by phone, voice, text, email, web or the Haven app. Memory and context carry across every channel, so a task can begin in one place and continue in another.

“The first wave of AI gave us chatbots that could answer almost any question. The next wave will know you, remember what matters, and do the work. Personal AI that works persistently for you is the ultimate AI product,” said Navin Chaddha, managing partner at Mayfield. “Decades after backing Frank at Rubicon Project, we’re excited to partner with him again at the inception stage of building this next wave of Personal AI.”

A Digital Twin, Everywhere You Go

Haven plans to open a developer platform allowing creators and developers to build code and “no code” apps that connect to an individual’s Haven. The company will also make a user’s digital twin portable across products and devices, extending into applications, televisions, automobiles, connected devices, and robotics.

“The interface will keep changing. A person’s context should not have to,” said Duc Chau, co-founder of Haven. “You’ll be able to sign in with Haven, and your memory, your permissions, and your judgment come with you.”

Haven is now available today at my.hellohaven.ai, on the Apple App Store, and on Google Play.

MIND Raises $72M Series B Funding to Bring Complete DLP to the AI Era

Total funding of $112M accelerates MIND’s ambition to lead the multibillion-dollar DLP market as AI transforms both the scale of the data security problem and what is possible in solving it

SEATTLE, Sept. 17, 2026MIND®, the AI-native data loss prevention (DLP) platform, today announced $72M in Series B funding, just a year after its $30M Series A round, led by Crosspoint Capital Partners with participation from existing investors YL Ventures and Paladin Capital Group. The round brings MIND’s total funding to $112M and will fuel the company’s strategic growth as enterprises rebuild data security for a world where AI moves faster than their controls. The investment comes at a defining moment for the multibillion-dollar DLP market, as AI both accelerates the risks surrounding sensitive data and creates an opportunity for MIND to fundamentally reinvent how organizations protect it.

In the past year, MIND has achieved over 17x revenue and 8x customer growth, analyzed billions of data events in real time across GenAI, Agentic AI and IT environments, and stopped sensitive data loss across hundreds of thousands of endpoints. It launched the MIND AI DLP Agents, which autonomously take on the day-to-day work of running a DLP program. MIND was also the first data security company accepted into Anthropic’s Cyber Verification Program and the first to earn ISO/IEC 42001 certification for responsible AI.

“Security leaders are being asked to protect data that moves at AI speed with complex, manual and incomplete tools designed for a slower world,” said Eran Barak, Co-Founder and CEO of MIND. “DLP is a massive, established market, but it was not built with AI in mind. AI is accelerating the problem, giving people and autonomous systems new ways to access and move sensitive data at unparalleled speed. It also gives us the technology to reinvent how that data is protected. We believe this is the moment to redefine DLP and build MIND as the leader in data security for the AI era. In less than two years since emerging from stealth, we’ve built an eight-figure revenue business trusted by dozens of customers. Our results, and this funding, put MIND among a select group of cybersecurity companies scaling at this pace, but what matters most is how this will accelerate our growth and bring Stress Free DLP to every enterprise working to achieve AI governance and security.”

“As we expand our staff’s use of AI, protecting patient information without slowing innovation is essential,” said Conrad Band, CIO of Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. “MIND lets us discover and block protected health information from entering AI tools across our endpoints without any performance impact. It’s given our team the confidence to keep moving forward with AI adoption while keeping patient data protected.”

“MIND delivers on ‘Stress Free DLP’,” said Mark DeCarlo, Sr. Manager Security Engineering and Technology of National Geographic Society. “We use MIND to identify and label sensitive documents and restrict public sharing. It’s giving us something we didn’t have before, which is visibility into where and when our data interacts with AI agents. It’s become a key part of how we protect data across our organization.”

AI has moved beyond experimentation. It’s now embedded in how organizations operate, making the question not whether they’ll adopt AI, but whether they can trust the data that powers it. While 90% of enterprises have deployed GenAI tools and over two-thirds are using AI agents, 65% lack confidence in their AI data security controls and 1 in 5 initiatives fail due to weak data foundations.

MIND raised its Series B to accelerate the development of its simple, autonomous and complete Stress Free DLP platform and meet the exponential demand for more effective data security to address today’s unprecedented challenges. The investment will help MIND expand its presence across key enterprise markets, deepen strategic technology and channel partnerships and scale its team to serve a rapidly growing customer base. Ultimately, it gives the resources to move faster and help organizations protect their sensitive data, whether at rest and in motion. The ambition is to do more than just modernize an established category. It is to define the next era of DLP and establish MIND as its leader.

MIND delivers complete data protection, helping organizations understand what sensitive data they have, recognize risk and take action before data is lost:

  • Discover sensitive data across SaaS, GenAI, Agentic AI, endpoints, on-premise file shares and emails
  • Classify using both the content and context of sensitive data for every file with the MIND multi-layer AI classification engine
  • Detect risky data activity with context-aware intelligence that separates meaningful risk from noise and dramatically reduces false positives
  • Remediate data exposure and security issues autonomously, reducing manual investigation and response
  • Prevent sensitive data loss with policy-driven controls that can automatically block risky activity in real time or work with users to fix risks and educate them on policies

“AI is fundamentally changing data security, increasing the importance of a unified approach to DLP that can help protect sensitive data wherever it lives or moves,” said Zach Sivertson, Managing Director at Crosspoint Capital Partners. “Since our Series A investment and MIND’s selection as an RSAC Innovation Sandbox finalist, MIND has demonstrated strong momentum. That progress has further strengthened our conviction in the company. We’re proud to lead this Series B and deepen our partnership with MIND as it helps enterprises reimagine how they protect sensitive data in the AI era.”

Adaptive Raises $30 Million Series B Led by Tidemark to Bring Agentic Accounting to Construction

Adaptive’s agents get the facts the ledger doesn’t have, from the schedule, the daily logs, and the field, then do the accounting work that was waiting on them

NEW YORK, Sept. 17, 2026Adaptive, the agentic accounting platform for construction, today announced it has raised $30 million in Series B funding led by Tidemark, with participation from existing investors Emergence Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Pathlight, Definition, and 3KVC. The round brings Adaptive’s total capital raised to $57 million and will accelerate the company’s expansion of Project Accounting Agents across job costing, AP, billing, WIP, payments, and compliance.

Construction accounting runs on facts that don’t make it into the accounting system: whether a job is 40 or 60 percent complete right now, how a delayed material package will impact the schedule, and therefore the cost to complete, which cost code a charge belongs to, and what’s actually owed a subcontractor this month. That information sits in the schedule, the daily logs, an email approving extra work, and the head of the superintendent running the job, not in the ledger. Closing that gap has always meant someone in the office calling, texting, and emailing to pull the facts across, then typing them in by hand.

“The hardest part of construction accounting isn’t the accounting. It’s finding out what’s actually happening on the job, and what that means for the numbers,” said Matt Calvano, co-founder and CEO of Adaptive. “What’s the true cost to complete? Which cost code does this belong to? What do we actually owe this subcontractor? Finance teams are blocked on all of it, and the only way they get answers today is calling, texting, and emailing people who are busy building. Our agents go get those answers, and then they do the accounting that was waiting on it.”

Adaptive is the first accounting system built to understand what’s actually happening on a job, pulling data directly from schedules, daily logs, and the field itself. That project data then feeds agents that handle the full project accounting workflow. They code invoices to the right job, phase, and cost code and match them against purchase orders, draft change orders and chase signatures, prepare billings, assemble monthly WIP, and keep lien waivers and vendor insurance current. The agents handle the coordination and information gathering, but they never post to the general ledger on their own: a person reviews every action and provides the judgment and approval before it touches the books.

“Every contractor we work with wants the same thing: a close they can trust, delivered on time,” said Jared Westergard, Founder, Blackline Financial. “Adaptive’s Project Accounting Agents handle the invoice coding and change order tracking, so our team can focus on the question clients are actually asking: ‘What does this number mean for my business?'”

More than 750 construction companies now run on Adaptive, ranging from $5 million to $1 billion in annual revenue, including general contractors, specialty trades, and real estate developers working across more than 10 accounting systems, from QuickBooks to Sage Intacct, Foundation, and Acumatica. Adaptive also partners with over 40 accounting firms.

“Adaptive is one of the clearest examples we’ve found of a System of Action: it doesn’t just help construction finance teams do the work, it increasingly does the work itself,” said Dave Yuan, Founder & Managing Partner at Tidemark. “By bridging the back office and the field, Adaptive eliminates much of the manual coordination required to understand job-level costs. Customers already see it as one of the most important tools in their stack, and we’re excited to partner with Matt, Henry, and the team on their journey to build the defining application layer for construction finance.”

“What stood out to us was how customers talked about Adaptive, consistently describing it as one of the most important systems in their business,” said Andrew Walsh, Partner at Tidemark. “That kind of enthusiasm is rare in construction software. We believe Adaptive will become synonymous with construction accounting, and Matt, Henry, and the team are the ones to get it there.”

The Series B will fund continued development of Adaptive’s Project Accounting Agents and the expansion of the company’s Boston- and New York-based teams.

Eterna Regeneratives Raises $4m to Pioneer a Platform for Enamel and Bone Regeneration

LONDON, Sept. 17, 2026 — UK startup Eterna Regeneratives has closed a seed investment round led by Hoxton Ventures and The Venture Collective (TVC) to build its regenerative biomaterial platform spanning enamel repair and bone regeneration, starting with the $43bn global oral care market. Co-founded by Khaled Eissa and Dr Sherif Elsharkawy in 2024, the King’s College London spin-out attracted international attention last year when studies found the team’s revolutionary patented material could successfully regrow damaged tooth enamel using keratin – a protein found in human hair, skin and wool. The research developed by Dr Elsharkawy and Dr Sara Gamea, his PhD student, was picked up widely by national and international media, including from the BBC, Washington Post and Newsweek, putting keratin-based regeneration on the map well before a commercial product existed.

Now working to develop a pipeline of material technologies, Eterna aims to tackle a problem that affects nearly everyone: the slow, irreversible loss of tooth enamel. The team at Eterna Regeneratives believes that symptom management cannot be the only solution. “The only way to truly heal the human body is to help it heal itself,” said Khaled Eissa, co-founder and CEO. “We wanted to create a product that is readily available, scalable and has the potential to deliver long-term results.” “This investment lets us move from lab-based proof of concept to real-world products at pace,” said Dr Sherif Elsharkawy, Chief Scientific Officer and co-founder. “It is a validation of years of research, and a step change in how quickly we can bring this technology to patients.”

Unlike many other tissues in the human body, tooth enamel cannot naturally regenerate once it has been lost. This can lead to hypersensitivity, cavities, tooth pain and the gradual deterioration of teeth. Fluoride, the best option currently available on the market, only superficially addresses the problem – offering minor strengthening of existing enamel but failing to rebuild what has already been lost. Resin, the go-to for professional repair, merely fills a tooth rather than rebuilding it, and has a finite lifespan, often resulting in necessary replacements and high costs for patients. It is against this backdrop that Eterna has created a keratin-based material that can be added to toothpaste, enabling cost-effective and lasting enamel regeneration.

Eterna’s patented keratin-based product has delivered striking results. In vitro experiments carried out on extracted tooth samples revealed a new, enamel-like layer forming directly on the tooth surface, as the material stimulates a mineralisation process. Treated samples showed hardness and mechanical strength restored to levels close to that of native, healthy enamel. Moreover, the technology has shown the capacity to reduce abrasion and even treat decay. This provides a first glimpse into what it might look like to help a tooth heal itself, instead of simply patching over damage. It is also significantly cheaper than alternatives, delivering meaningful treatment at a fraction of the cost.

Hussein Kanji, Partner at Hoxton Ventures

“Eterna is the kind of company we like to back early: powerful, defensible science with a capital-efficient route to market. Its technology has the potential to transform oral care from managing enamel loss to actually repairing it, while opening the door to broader applications in tissue and bone regeneration. Khaled and Sherif are the right scientific team to bring this from the lab and to global scale.”

Gina Kirch, Founding Partner at The Venture Collective:

Eterna is looking beyond basic healing to achieve complete tissue restoration. For too long, patients have had to settle for treatments that manage damage rather than repair it. Eterna is revolutionizing this standard of care, harnessing its patented keratin technology to help the body regenerate itself more fully than existing options allow.

Eterna’s second application will build on the same patented knowledge, this time targeting bone regeneration. Today, when someone breaks a bone, soft tissue grows back into the site without resolving the underlying fragility. Medical solutions typically involve inserting a collagen membrane and hoping the bone regrows. But preliminary tests suggest Eterna’s keratin-based technology could be harnessed to regenerate strong, healthy bone.

Oral health is Eterna’s first commercial beachhead, with further IP in the pipeline beyond bone regeneration. The company is expanding its research and commercial teams and building relationships with oral-care companies, professional partners and consumer-health groups, with a clear focus on delivering its first commercial product in the near term. By embedding its material into products already on the market, Eterna aims to bring its sophisticated but accessible science directly to consumers.

About Eterna

Eterna Regeneratives is a UK biotechnology spin-out from King’s College London, founded in 2024 by Khaled Eissa and Sherif Elsharkawy. Backed by Hoxton Ventures and The Venture Collective, Eterna is building a biomaterials platform for mineralisation and tissue regeneration, with initial applications in enamel repair and bone. Their patented platform uses keratin, derived from sheep’s wool, to guide new mineral growth at the site of damage, working with the body’s own chemistry beyond just protection. The company has now grown into a new lab space in Canary Wharf, where they are focused on commercialising their product, building their IP pipeline, and partnering with healthcare companies to bring their product to the mass market.

UK Islamic fintech Ayan Capital secures £75 million ($100 million) facility originated by Triple Point as it builds towards a halal digital bank

LONDON, Sept. 16, 2026 — Ayan Capital, which offers halal car finance, has secured a senior Shariah-compliant facility of up to £75 million ($100 million), originated by investment manager Triple Point. The facility will fund Ayan’s next phase of growth as it prepares its UK banking licence application.

Since launching in early 2024, more than 150,000 people have started an application with Ayan. The company holds a 4.9 Trustpilot rating, sees more than 60% of website visitors begin an application, and maintains a loss rate below the industry average. Two-thirds of its team are engineers, with technology built in-house.

Nearly 50 million Muslims live in the West, its fastest-growing demographic. Ayan estimates Muslims in the UK hold around $90 billion in bank deposits and take $40 billion in financing a year. Most still rely on conventional banking, though 85% say they would use halal products if priced the same. Ayan’s founders have done this before with Alif, a fintech and banking group serving more than 10 million customers across Central Asia. Ayan applies the same playbook in the UK: halal car finance first, then cards, savings, and a full-service digital bank.

The facility will fund new originations, lowering Ayan’s cost of funding and supporting more competitive pricing. Ayan intends to raise a Series A round in the coming months to fund its banking licence application. Backers include Cur8 Capital, Empakt Ventures, IT Park Ventures and Caucasus VC.

Under Ayan’s Ijara wa Iqtina structure, the company buys and owns each vehicle throughout the term, carrying ownership risk, while customers pay fixed monthly rentals and take ownership at the end. Contracts are reviewed annually by independent Shariah advisers, and through AyanCare, Ayan also takes enhanced responsibility for unexpected mechanical and electrical repairs.

Ellis Diamanti, Head of Specialty Finance at Triple Point, said: “Ayan pairs an impressive management team with a technology-first platform, providing an excellent customer experience while meeting the growing appetite for Shariah-compliant financial products.”

Abdullo Kurbanov, CEO and co-founder, said: “There is a lot to do, but this facility lets us serve more customers, more competitively. Over time we want to build a challenger bank that is open to everyone, whether they are looking for halal finance or not, and that raises the bar for what customers should expect.”
